Delivery is free of charge.
You may refuse the item free of charge upon receiving it at the HayPost office within 15 minutes, after inspecting the product.
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, you may return the product in its original condition – with preserved packaging and tags – within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns may be made by sending the parcel back via HayPost or by visiting our office.
These Warranty Terms and Conditions supplement and clarify the procedure for exercising consumer rights in relation to purchased products.
Failure by the consumer to comply with the terms and operating rules specified herein for the product (watches) shall result in refusal of warranty coverage and fulfillment of warranty obligations.
The warranty period for the product is 24 months from the date of purchase.
The Seller guarantees proper operation of the product during the warranty period provided that all requirements set out in the User Manual, General Operating Conditions, and the Warranty Card are fully observed, and that the product is used solely for personal purposes (not related to professional or business activities) and strictly for its intended use.
During the warranty period, defects caused by the manufacturer will be remedied free of charge upon presentation of the product, a properly completed warranty card, and a document confirming the purchase, at the authorized service centers specified by the Seller.
Authorized Service
If there is no authorized service center specified by the Seller in the region of sale, the product may be returned to the retail outlet where it was purchased for further transfer to a service center.
The time required to remedy defects is determined individually by the service center and shall not exceed 45 days from the date the product is received from the consumer.
The warranty period is extended for the entire duration during which the product remains at the service center.
Any opening of the product or attempt to repair it for any reason outside an authorized service center shall result in immediate and unconditional voiding of the warranty.
Throughout the entire warranty period, the watch must be serviced exclusively at authorized service centers.
Warranty Card
The warranty card is valid only for the specific product for which it was issued.
A warranty card with incomplete or illegible information, corrections, or missing signatures shall be deemed invalid.
The warranty card must be clearly completed and include the following information: product brand (trademark), reference (model number), serial number (if applicable), date of sale, store stamp (seal), and signatures.
Not Considered a Defect During the Warranty Period
The following conditions are acceptable and shall not be considered defects:
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to products that show signs of improper use, including but not limited to:
Internal or external damage caused by any external mechanical impact, shock or vibration loads, or application of force to product components, including broken or fallen-out glass, cracks, scratches, chips, deformation of materials and parts, breakage or bending of the winding stem, deformation of wheel or balance pivots, deformation of plates, tearing or stretching of parts, detachment of case lugs for bracelet attachment, etc.;
Water damage resulting from violation of operating rules. Watches marked “Water resistance 30m” and “Water resistance 50m” are not intended for swimming. It is prohibited to operate the crown or buttons while the watch is in water (except for special diving watches marked “DIVER” on the case back);
Damage caused by exposure of the watch case or strap to aggressive chemical substances and gases, including alkalis, acids, paint, gasoline, mercury, plastic solvents, and their vapors;
Damage caused by foreign objects, substances, or insects entering the product;
Damage to the calendar mechanism caused by adjusting the hands between 23:00 and 04:00, when the automatic date and day-change mechanism is engaged;
Any other damage caused by intentional or negligent actions of the customer or violation of operating rules.
The water resistance mark on the case or dial refers to the pressure used during testing and is NOT the allowed diving depth.
1 ATM = 10 meters.
The pressure marked in atmospheres should NOT be treated as the actual depth to which the watch can be submerged.
To maintain water resistance, the crown and pushers must be fully closed. Do not press pushers or open the crown underwater, in rain, in the shower, bath, pool, or while washing hands, etc.
Markings on the case:
Jumping from diving platforms, using jet skis and water attractions is prohibited. Avoid sauna and beach overheating.
If you plan to swim while wearing a 10 ATM+ watch and the warranty period has expired, we recommend checking the water resistance at a service center at least once a year. Seals may lose elasticity over time and require replacement. Regular checks guarantee protection against water penetration.
