Warranty

These Warranty Terms and Conditions supplement and clarify the procedure for exercising consumer rights in relation to purchased products.

Failure by the consumer to comply with the terms and operating rules specified herein for the product (watches) shall result in refusal of warranty coverage and fulfillment of warranty obligations.

The Seller guarantees proper operation of the product during the warranty period provided that all requirements set out in the User Manual, General Operating Conditions, and the Warranty Card are fully observed, and that the product is used solely for personal purposes (not related to professional or business activities) and strictly for its intended use.

During the warranty period, defects caused by the manufacturer will be remedied free of charge upon presentation of the product, a properly completed warranty card, and a document confirming the purchase, at the authorized service centers specified by the Seller.

If there is no authorized service center specified by the Seller in the region of sale, the product may be returned to the retail outlet where it was purchased for further transfer to a service center. The time required to remedy defects is determined individually by the service center and shall not exceed 45 days from the date the product is received from the consumer. The warranty period is extended for the entire duration during which the product remains at the service center.

Any opening of the product or attempt to repair it for any reason outside an authorized service center shall result in immediate and unconditional voiding of the warranty. Throughout the entire warranty period, the watch must be serviced exclusively at authorized service centers.

The warranty card is valid only for the specific product for which it was issued. A warranty card with incomplete or illegible information, corrections, or missing signatures shall be deemed invalid.

The warranty card must be clearly completed and include the following information: product brand (trademark), reference (model number), serial number (if applicable), date of sale, store stamp (seal), and signatures.

The following conditions are acceptable and shall not be considered defects:

  • Discharge of the battery installed by the manufacturer. Battery replacement during the warranty period must be performed only at an authorized service center. In this case, the customer pays only for the cost of the battery (replacement labor is covered by the service center);
  • Natural wear of the strap, bracelet, case, buttons, crowns, or abrasion of their coating (gold plating, metallization, etc.) during normal use;
  • Misalignment of the hour and minute hands of less than 0.5-minute divisions (when aligned at the 12:00 position);
  • Deviation of the second hand from the scale markings of less than 0.5 second divisions;
  • Play of the hour and minute hands of quartz watches within 0.5 second divisions;
  • Deviation of the average daily accuracy of mechanical watches within -20/+40 seconds per day. Deviation of the average monthly accuracy of quartz watches within ±20 seconds per month. More precise accuracy values are specified in the user manual;
  • Deviation of the alarm activation time from the set time by no more than ±6 minutes;
  • Deviation of the product’s technical characteristics from the limits specified in the technical documentation, provided that such deviations can be eliminated by adjustment and calibration at a service center without replacement of parts.

The warranty does not apply to products that show signs of improper use, including but not limited to:

  • Traces of impacts and mechanical damage: dents, chips, displaced hands, scratches, damaged numerals, missing or deformed winding crown, etc.;
  • Signs of unauthorized opening or repair outside an official service center (scratches on the case at the back cover joint, damaged screw slots, fingerprints inside the movement, non-standard battery, improperly installed back cover gasket, etc.);
  • Signs of exposure to high (above +50°C) or low (below -20°C) temperatures;

Internal or external damage caused by any external mechanical impact, shock or vibration loads, or application of force to product components, including broken or fallen-out glass, cracks, scratches, chips, deformation of materials and parts, breakage or bending of the winding stem, deformation of wheel or balance pivots, deformation of plates, tearing or stretching of parts, detachment of case lugs for bracelet attachment, etc.;

Water damage resulting from violation of operating rules. Watches marked “Water resistance 30m” and “Water resistance 50m” are not intended for swimming. It is prohibited to operate the crown or buttons while the watch is in water (except for special diving watches marked “DIVER” on the case back);

Damage caused by exposure of the watch case or strap to aggressive chemical substances and gases, including alkalis, acids, paint, gasoline, mercury, plastic solvents, and their vapors;

Damage caused by foreign objects, substances, or insects entering the product;

Damage to the calendar mechanism caused by adjusting the hands between 23:00 and 04:00, when the automatic date and day-change mechanism is engaged;

Any other damage caused by intentional or negligent actions of the customer or violation of operating rules.
